Fray Luis de León 7072, Oficina 1408, Colinas del Cimatario, 76090 Santiago de Querétaro, Qro., is responsible for the processing of your personal data in accordance with Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its Regulations and other applicable rules, and makes this Privacy Policy available to you.
Personal data we collect
We collect the personal data you provide through the contact form on cervel.net: name, email address, phone number and the information you include in your message. We do not collect sensitive personal data.
Purposes of processing
Your personal data is used for the following primary and necessary purposes: (i) to handle and follow up on the inquiries and requests you send us; (ii) to communicate with you; and (iii) where applicable, to formalize and provide the legal services you request.
We do not use your data for secondary purposes such as marketing or advertising.
